related picture and descriptions. All product descriptions contain at least
one photo, use of product, size of product, colour of product and price of
the product. Buyer must understand that the colour on some screens may
slightly vary. Buyer must have basic assembly knowledge to use for the
products which require self assembly.
All new products supplied by Turkishfurniture.co.uk
are under 2 year manufactures workmanship warranty unless a longer period
stated. 2 years free warranty does not cover products on clearance or on
display. Used products are not under this warranty either.
Descriptions of these products clearly states the extra length if it's
applicable. Full warranty details may vary according to nature of the
product. Warranty details will be supplied with relevant product invoices.
Price & Payment
Every product which has a price underneath is available for sale; subject to
stock and availability at the time of order. Prices quoted in GBP currency
only.Turkishfurniture.co.uk has the right to change the product prices without a notice
given at any time. Turkishfurniture.co.uk has the right to fix the price errors within
24 hours of a purchase and notify the buyer. Buyer will have the right to
cancel their order within 24 hours of receipt of the error notification and
refuse to pay any cancellation fee occurred.
Buyer must pay for the purchased products within 24 hours of order. Buyer
can only choose one of these payment methods; credit-debit cards, personal
cheque, postal order and bank transfer. Turkishfurniture.co.uk does not accept any other
payment methods. Personal cheques and postal orders must be payable to "La
Bouyen Enterprise Ltd".
Turkishfurniture.co.uk is liable to deliver any purchased product if service is required
and paid for; delivery needs to be within the time that notified to
buyer. Turkishfurniture.co.uk can use any other courier for delivering the goods.
Delivery fees will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Seller will
send a delivery notification to buyer at least 24 hours before the delivery
commences. Communication can be done via telephone, email, text message or
ordinary mail. Buyer must accept the delays on deliveries as long as they
receive a notification of the delay. Buyer can only cancel their order if
the delivery is delayed longer than 5 working days of the original notified
delivery date. This time may vary on product "made to order" according to
nature of the product.
Deliveries are made to building door only. Seller or courier are not liable
to carry any product to a room or upstairs. Buyer must sign the
related documents supplied as proof of delivery in good condition. Buyer can
refuse to sign delivery documents if they are not satisfied with the
condition. Buyer must accept the liability of their acceptance signature at
the time of delivery.
Buyer can cancel their orders. Cancellation must be done within 7 days of
purchase and at least 48 hours before the delivery commence. Buyer is liable
is for 5% cancellation fee. Delivered products can not be cancelled however
return terms will apply for delivered goods. A refund will be issued within
7 days for all cancelled orders.
Return & Refunds
Buyer, who is not satisfied with the products purchased from
return the goods within 7 days of receipt. . To be eligible for a refund the
products must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in
resellable condition. Buyer accepts to return the goods at their own risk
and their own costs. If a collection service is required collection fee will
apply. Turkishfurniture.co.uk only offers replacement for the goods or parts damaged
during delivery in the meantime signed by buyer as in good condition. Buyer
must notify the seller about the damage within 7 days to be eligible for a
replacement or repair if suitable. Used products can only be returned if the
damage is not visible for a certain period o requires extraordinary
attention. Used upholstery products can not be refunded do to health &
hygiene policy; however Turkishfurniture.co.uk is liable to repair or rectify faulty
upholstered products in a reasonable time period. Alternatively a
replacement product will be supplied as soon as same or similar item is
available at sellers premises. Turkishfurniture.co.uk can not be held responsible for
the damaged (dents, scratches, rips, holes) goods caused by misuse, wrong
assembly or during transits after delivery. Cost of postage or delivery is
not refundable at any time. Refund of purchase amount will be issued within
14 days of return and examination. Goods damaged during return may
affect the refund or a repair fee may apply.

customers. Turkishfurniture.co.uk will not use the provided information for any purposes
unless the provider authorize them to do so.
